THE HOUSE
Completed in November 2005, the house is situated on the clear waters of Master Harbour, directly on the beach. Twenty-two feet of glass doors and windows across the open concept living and dining rooms frame the stunning view of the bay.
THE BEACH
The private beach is 80 feet long with the dock and pier on the right. Snorkelling and diving are the favourite day activities in the Exumas. Hundreds of shallow water bays with crystal clear waters and magnificent coral reefs invite the experienced and inexperienced alike to explore the under water world.
THE POOL
The heated pool gives a perfect opportunity to relax after a day in town or on sea. The pool is a fabulous luxury! It is perfect for jumping into first thing in the morning and refreshing during the day, and wonderful for cooling off last thing at night. It is illuminated at night and just looks great!
In the winter the pool is heated.
THE DOCK AND PIER
At Minns Watersports (tel: 242-336 3483) in Georgetown, just 10 minutes drive, you can rent all kind of boats. A 17´ Boston Whaler -70HP for example costs $ 110.- /day if rented for a week. The boat can be kept at our dock in front of the house.
