Location of "The Beach House"


   

The Beach House is located on Great Exumas, about 7 minutes drive from George Town the capital of the Exumas.

Getting to Exuma has never been easier, with several daily flights on Bahamasair and Sky Bahamas from Nassau, as well as direct flights from Miami and Fort Lauderdale on a variety of airlines. Georgetown Intl. Airport has recently been renovated to a very comfortable standard.

When staying at the Beach House we recommend that our guests rent a car to explore the island, go shopping in George Town or go to the restaurants at night.

We offer to our guests at the following conditions (details see rent contract) our Chevy Blazer:

 

 

Rent Owners Car

  • Chevy Blazer
    $ 70.- per day (minimum 7 days)
    $ 400.- per week

$ 15.- insurance per day or $ 100.- per week
(comprehensive cover for 3rd party damage and own damage with $ 400 deductible. Any person with a valid driving licence between the age of 25 and 70 can drive the car)

 

Car Rental at Airport

It is also very easy to rent a car at the airport. AIRPORT CAR RENTAL (tel: 242 - 345-0090 or cell: 242 - 524-8085) offer the following cars:

  • Ford Taurus
    $ 105.- per day
    $ 628.- per week

Taxi to the Beach House

A taxi (you need not book) from the airport to the Beach House takes about 30 minutes and costs:

$ 30.- for 2 persons and $3.- for each additional person
