*Low Season Rates

Mid April through mid December
(up to 6 guests)

$ 4,400.- per week (7 nights)

Occasionally we accept bookings for shorter periods, please ask:
$ 4,100.- 6 nights
$ 3,600.- 5 nights
$ 3,000.- 4 nights
$ 2,600.- 3 nights

Christmas holiday period

$ 5,000.- per week

Special rates available if house is rented for 2 weeks or more. Rates on request.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

 

*Rates Include / Extras

INCLUDED

    * Maid service twice a week
    * All bed linen
    * Beach towels
    * Electricity
    * Final clean
    * All tourist taxes

EXTRAS

    * Daily maid/cook on request

 

*Deposit Requirements

DEPOSIT:
50% of the gross rental fee in order to hold reservation
Full and final payment including the damage deposit 30 days prior to Guests scheduled date of arrival.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A damage deposit of $500.- is required to be paid with the final payment. The damage deposit will be refunded within 15 days of departure providing there is no breakage, damage, or missing items.

 

*Cancellation Policy

Over 60 Days - Full Refund.
60-30 Days - 25% of rental fee will be retained.
30-15 Days - 50% of rental fee will be retained.
15 days or less - 100% of rental fee will be retained.
If property can be rebooked a full refund will be offered.

 

*Payment

Payment only by wire transfer. Acc Nr etc. in Rent Contract.

Credit Card payment not yet installed.
